GKOE3 GAS Baked Potato Oven, 3 Drawers, is a high-capacity, efficient solution for baking delicious potatoes, ideal for busy restaurants and cafes. It features three drawers or backrooms for convenient storage and organisation, along with a piezoelectric ignition system and safety valve for safe and easy operation. A warming compartment keeps baked potatoes at the perfect serving temperature. Adjustable temperature and a thermostat allow precise control over the baking process for perfectly cooked results every time. High-quality materials, including stainless steel drawers and double insulation, ensure the GKOE2’s durability and longevity.
This versatile oven operates with both Natural Gas and LPG/Propane. While the natural gas nozzle comes installed as standard, a propane nozzle is conveniently included. Furthermore, the GKOE2 is manufactured in accordance with all relevant hygiene and safety standards and bears the CE marking, demonstrating its compliance with EU regulations. Finally, all materials used in its construction adhere to European food safety standards, guaranteeing both quality and safe operation.
Please note:
- Increased smoke formation may occur during initial start-up.
- During burning-in phase you should ensure that the installation site is well ventilated
- We recommend that you start the device with a temperature of 100°C and increase the temperature to the maximum every 30 minutes.
- The device should be empty and operated at maximum temperature for 1 hour
