Scoop ice cream freezer with serve-over display. As part of our wider ice cream display freezer range, the Framec Mirabella 9 is designed to hold ice cream higher in the display than many traditional scooping cabinets, giving customers a clearer, more inviting view of flavours — especially useful for children and family sites. Better visibility from further away helps draw people in and supports stronger impulse sales at busy times.
With a flat glass top for clean presentation and a lift-up rear lid (so two staff can serve at once), the Mirabella 9 is a practical, modern choice for cafés, dessert bars, farm shops and kiosks. Static cooling holds product between -20°C and -5°C, while the electronic controller and temperature display make day-to-day control simple.
For sites seeking a more contemporary curved-glass presentation, the Venus Elegante range offers an alternative serve-over style suited to premium dessert counters and high-visibility retail environments.
Accepts Napoli pans (not supplied).
Why Buy the Framec MIRABELLA 9?
Because it is built to make your ice cream easier to see, easier to serve, and easier to sell. The elevated product position improves customer visibility, the serve-over rear lid supports smooth service, and the integrated understorage keeps essentials close to hand.
