Diamond FSM-12GT/N Single Tank Gas Fryer, 12L
Diamond FSM-12GT/N Single Tank Gas Fryer, 12L is a modular gas fryer ideal for frying fresh or frozen chips, fritters, fish in breadcrumbs, doughnuts etc. The stamped tank with sloping bottom makes for easy emptying of oil without waste through the tap on the front of the fryer. Cold zone allows the user to better control the oil and energy consumption.
