ACE 2 Pot Round Wet Bain Marie with Tap & Pans – Electric is a very robust wet well bain marie that comes with a heavy duty water valve for easy cleaning of the tank. Capable of holding various pan combinations up to 150 mm deep, this model is supplied with 2 x 7 lt round pans and has a variable temperature control of 0~100C. (Most other manufactures use a 85C thermostat which does not reach a high enough temperature when the bain-marie is full).
