The ACE 100cm Electric Griddle is a high-output, heavy-duty unit designed for continuous use in demanding commercial kitchens. With a large 100cm x 45cm cooking area and two independently controlled 3kW zones, it delivers powerful, even heating for burgers, eggs, bacon, stir-frying, and more. It can even be used as a boiling top when needed.
This model is available with a choice of either a chrome-plated or mild steel cooking plate. Please select your preference at checkout.
Dual 13A plugs allow you to operate one side or both, depending on your service needs. A removable fat drainage drawer, integrated splashback, and hygienic stainless steel body make cleaning straightforward and efficient.
