An electric meat mincer (sometimes known as a grinder) takes the hard work out of mincing fresh meat and compared to a manual grinder it is much faster.

A meat mincer commonly has various speeds and come with options of metal ‘plates’ to achieve different thicknesses of minced meat.

Meat mincer machines are specifically designed to withstand a certain intensity of use, usually measured by the kilos of meat that can be processed per hour.

We stock a range of mincers with differing types of production – low production units from 20-85kg/hr suitable for bars and cafes. 100-250kg is an average production unit that is great for restaurants & pubs. High production units 300-900kg/hr would suit delicatessens etc.
