These versatile machines known as both food processors and vertical cutter/mixers can slice, grate, chop, mix and emulsify all kinds of food products. They do the same job as a food processor, but with the added benefits of being able to mix or emulsify, allowing you prepare sauces, dressings, etc.

Which model you choose depends largely on your menu – what ingredients you need to process/prep and your volume. We stock a variety of models with options of differing bowl capacities and with fixed or variable speeds.
