Choosing the Right Commercial Kebab Machine
Gas and LPG doner kebab machines heat quickly and suit high-volume
takeaways with an existing gas supply. Electric models are the better
choice for sites without gas or where ventilation is limited. Both
fuel types are available in this range from £175.
Burner Configuration
Two and three-burner machines are well suited to smaller takeaways
and lower-volume operations. Four and five-burner configurations
maintain consistent cooking temperature during peak service and are
the standard choice for busy restaurants and fast-food sites.
