Change the rack and this 500mm washer switches between bottle washing, glass washing and dish washing. One footprint. Multiple roles.

How the Rack System Works

The BW50A D uses a standard 500 x 500mm rack platform. Fit the dedicated bottle rack and it drives wash pressure through the bottle jets to clean internally. Swap to a standard glass or dish rack and it runs as a conventional 500mm washer.

No plumbing changes. No manual reconfiguration. Change the rack, close the door and start the cycle.

One footprint covers bottle washing, glass washing and dish washing without installing separate machines.

It processes up to 40 racks per hour. Choose from four wash cycles to suit the load and use soft-start when washing more delicate glassware.

Installation & Specification

A built-in break tank and integrated drain pump come fitted as standard with the BW50A D.

Choose from:

• 3N 13A (three-phase + neutral)
• 1PH 32A (single-phase)

Both versions require hardwiring by a qualified electrician.

The machine uses approximately 2.5 litres of water per cycle and runs at a total load of 6.6kW.

The BW50A D is available with either a 2 Year Parts Only or 2 Year Parts & Labour warranty.
